Patient of the day 🐾

  • Apr 12, 2019

Buster came in for castration today. This is an invasive surgery that requires a full gaseous anaesthetic. He was such a good patient, and did really well before, during, and after surgery. As pictured, he is rocking his recovery collar. The purpose of this is to prevent licking of the wound in order to promote wound healing and prevent infection. Buster has been a patient of ours since he was just 6 weeks old (he is now 8 months old). He has seen us for Puppy Preschool, puppy vaccinations, and now for desexing. We have loved getting to know him and being able to watch him grow šŸ˜Ā
