ATTENTION TO ALL OF OUR VALUED CLIENTS:

With the current COVID-19 situation in Australia we wanted to reassure all our clients we are committed to providing ongoing care for your pets.

Following scientific advice we will avoid & reduce interactions as much as possible and continue to uphold our excellent hygiene standards.

There are a number of ways we can minimise risk to staff and clients and so we are asking for our clients to follow these recommendations:

🚨 There is hand sanitiser located on the front bench and we ask that you use this on arrival and on departure.

🚨Try to minimise the number of people coming to the clinic with your pet (maybe only one family member brings in your animal, rather than the whole family if possible).

🚨Try to maintain a distance of 1.5m between yourself and other clients and staff.

🚨You can call us from outside the clinic and we can collect and return your pet to/from your car OR take you straight into a consulting room if you prefer.

🚨If you are feeling unwell, perhaps see if a friend or family member could bring your pet in for you, we can always discuss your pet’s health issues on the phone with you during the consultation.

🚨 Please phone ahead to order required prescription medicine repeats or food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait.

🚨If possible we please ask if you can please pay via EFTPOS card, to limit handling of money.

🚨If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us before you come in and we will do our best to make arrangements that suit you whilst still maintaining our best practice standards.

Although we love you all dearly, we won’t be able to shake your hand or hug you, which is sad but a necessary measure to keep our community safe.

We hope that all our clients stay healthy and well, and we will all work together to ‘flatten the curve’ of coronavirus spread!
